Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

Saket Ratna Sagar & Jyotish Sansthan, Ayodhya (“we”, “us”) sells natural gemstones and offers Vedic astrology services such as Janam Kundli, Kundli Milan, Hast Rekha and consultations through this website. By browsing, registering or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Products

All gemstones are natural. Colour, shade, shape, weight and inclusions can differ slightly from photos shown on screen; this is a normal property of natural stones and not a defect.

Weight and size shown in the product details are approximate. Any certificate or lab report is mentioned on the product page where it applies.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment can be made online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or by Cash on Delivery where available.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment or after we confirm a Cash on Delivery order. We may cancel an order and refund the full amount if a price or stock error occurs.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is a flat ₹50 per order and free on orders above ₹5,000. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days depending on your location; these are estimates and not guarantees.

Please give a complete and correct address and phone number. We are not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by wrong details.

5. Astrology services

Our readings are based on traditional Vedic astrology and the birth details you provide. They are guidance only; we do not promise or guarantee any specific result.

Astrology is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please consult a qualified professional for such matters.

Gemstone suggestions are advisory. The decision to wear any stone is yours.

6. Your account

You can register or log in using an email OTP. Keep your email secure and give true information. You are responsible for activity done through your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to break its security, send spam or false orders, or copy our content for commercial use.

8. Intellectual property

Text, images, logo and design on this website belong to Saket Ratna Sagar & Jyotish Sansthan and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
